I would love to adopt Etoile from someones RV please! Can get *some* wishlist items mainly looking to buy with IGB

You cannot adopt a villager from an RV in a different town, you have to scan them in unfortunately, all you can do is order items from their RV. However, you can't adopt a villager that is from the Sanrio pack, Splatoon and Zelda. If you do want a villager that is not from the packs mentioned, someone will move them into their town and get them into boxes so you can pick them up that way.
