I decided to write this post because the number of hijacked threads is ridiculous. People, if you are in somebody's sell thread, don't sit their undercutting them or really even offering other trades within the thread. If you want do do business with someone other than the OP, just take it to a PM, or start your own thread. It's really quite rude and I am seeing a lot of it, not only in my own threads...

I thik I am going to update this thread with name of people partaking in this activity...

What would be the point in that? To shame them? Aside from lacking the sense to press the PM button, they're not doing anything worth having their name on a list.

No, not trying to shame anyone. Just pointing out who is doing this repeatedly. Sort of like the lists of "bad traders" I have seen on multiple pages now. They serve as a warning to others.

And in fact, I already had one person PM me, stating he was sorry he thread hijacked (it wasn't even my thread, and I got what I wanted from said thread, and actually got what I wanted from this person too, so I came out on top).

In short, a person who does this often (ie doesn't put in the effort like others do) is a person I don't want to deal with in the future. I would think there would be plenty like-minded individuals here.

We do not need a blacklist of people.

You need to understand that a lot of these members are new to forums and probably don't know how to properly use them.
If anyone is doing that, report it. So far, NOBODY has done so. So I would advise it.

Blacklist, maybe not. But there also seems to be a lack of a sales forum rules, no? Or if there are, they certainly aren't easily accessible. And in my experience on forums, not easily accessible means they don't get read. Ever.

For the record, I am brand spanking new here too, and honestly, it's not something that ever seemed proper to me anyway.

It's en-route. Would you like me to delete this thread or close it for now?
