About creating signatures...

So I know that many people use photoshop to create signatures, but, for now, I am not allowed to download anything onto my computer. So is there any online software or app for an iPad that I would be able to use in order to successfully create a signature picture? Preferably a gif and a photo editor, but if you cannot find one of those, then just a photo editor would be great! Thanks so much!
