If I change my character's hair and eyes to one of the opposite gender, does it also change their gender too, or does it stay the same as it was at the beginning?
I haven't tried this so I don't know, although it seems unlikely to me. Still if it does switch the gender and you don't like it, can't you just switch it back? It seems like it couldn't hurt to try it and see.
Edit: if you do try it, let us know what happens, I am curious.

Hmm that's interesting. I don't know if they use pronouns much, although to be honest i hadn't thought about it. Are the eyes different enough that you can tell the difference between a boy and a girl?

Hmm, interesting, although none of it helps you much. Sounds like you will just have to pay attention and see if you can tell at some point.
I think its unlikely to actually change the gender from the sound of things and from the past games where I know at least girls could get a boys haircut. I don't know about the opposite because i never played a boy character.
Your character's gender will be changed. There are almost no instances in acpc where your character's gender is relevant or referred to, but the jocks will call you "brosephine" or "bro" depending on if you choose face/hair from the girl or boy category. It's otherwise a non-issue if you ignore that.
