This is the story of my first ever Animal Crossing town for the Game Cube. I call it Coco Beware.

So one night I woke up late at night from a nightmare. I really don't remember what the dream was about but it shook me up pretty good. I wasn't able to fall back to sleep. It was around 3:30AM on a Friday the 13th morning. So I decided to turn on my Game Cube and load up some Animal Crossing. The main screen where it shows your town and what the villagers are doing was just as I expected. No one was up and everything was dark. It seemed odd though that there wasn't any music. But I brushed it off and started up my town.

The first thing that popped up was the Resetti screen. It was weird though because instead of Resetti showing up it was one of my villagers Coco. And the only text that showed up on the screen was the word "BEWARE". So I got passed this screen and got into my town. I figured there would not be much to do since it was so late but I decided to check out the town anyway.

I was randomly running from one villager house to the next seeing if any lights were on when all of a sudden something like a blur shows on the bottom of my screen coming right for my dude. It startled me to say the least. It stopped just short of me and I noticed it was Coco. She just stood there not moving at all right in front of me. So I talked to her and the only text once again was "BEWARE". I was thinking to myself beware of what? Could this be some kind of spooky easter egg Nintendo put in for people playing late at night?

Then I remembered that I had a new villager move in that I have yet to meet. So I make my way over to that section of town and notice that the light is on. I got all excited to check out the new addition to my town. Then the blur came up from the bottom of the screen again. Once again for the third time it was Coco. So I talked to her and this time she said something a little different. She said "BEWARE, don't go in there...". This of course peaked my interest thinking that Nintendo being as awesome as they are really went out of the way to make something cool and creepy for me to see this late at night.

So I make my way to the door a little hesitant but still excited to see what was on the other side. I open the door and what I saw made my skin crawl and my blood run cold. The horror that my soul felt will haunt me forever. This is why I will never ever play the original Animal Crossing ever again. (Click the spoiler to see what I saw).
