Just out of curiousity, what AC music has been your favorite out of the three different "types" I guess you'd say? GC, WW-CF, or NL? My favorite has got to be WW/CF. I even sometimes catch myself playing ACNL and then purposefully turning off the volume and going on youtube to find the WW music so I can listen to that instead. There's an almost comforting feel from the old music and I wish it was still included in ACNL. Whats your guys favorite type of music from animal crossing?
I'm definatly wayy more attached to the WW/CF era music than anything. The music for New Leaf isn't terrabile, buts it's not memorable for me. ;x I still def listen to WWs theme and hourly musics now and then.
I would have to say NL. I never got the chance to play animal crossing on game cube so I can't compare to that. I have CF but never really got into it enough to pay attention to the music. WW I loved but I didn't even know there were hourly songs or any of the magical audio things that are in it until I got NL. I love all the hourly songs and especially the snowy music. Stale Cupcakes has to be my all time favorite song in the game, right next to the town tree theme song
I suppose since I was an old veteran of the very first AC game for the 'cube, all of the music from that game is easily very nostalgic to me I never have a hard time trying to actually listen to the music from the older AC gens since a lot of it is straight from my childhood lol I always thought that ACWW's music was also very good, since that is also is nostalgic to me. ACNL does indeed have some decent music itself, both game wise and KK Slider wise, but to me, it isn't as good as the older gens. What I do love about the music in ACNL though is that it is very relaxing, especially on TT island at night, but it has indeed changed since the old days (As most things usually do over time)
