AC:NH at the BAFTAs

NH has been nominated for another BAFTA for Best Evolving Game !! Given that Nintendo have pretty much closed the book on NH, do you think they'll take notice of this honor [even being nominated for a BAFTA is big news] and continue to 'evolve' the game further?

I'm not asking what you would like to see in a future update, or even if there is going to be one, just if you think Nintendo genuinely takes these kinds of thing into consideration ... ??

My guess would be not for this one, since they have pretty definitively said they are done updating, but probably will impact the next game in the series.

It would be so amazing if they take that as a ( keep going with updating the game but I do not think so )

I am just worried that if they do any more updates even small ones that they will all be paid updates

To be honest, my praise leans more towards Metroid: Dread than NH being nominated, but it's still an accomplishment you shouldn't scoff at.

congrats to new horizons! i think nintendo does take this sort of thing into consideration, but i sadly don’t see it inspiring them to drop a new update for new horizons. they seem to be pretty done with this game, and are probably putting all their focus into new games now. if this and fans’ feedback/opinions were to impact anything, it’d likely be the next ac game.
