ACCF Help?

Crap, this is probably on the wrong board. If it is, I apologize.
Still getting used to the site, you know?

Anyway.

I had to redo my town four times already. Doing this is pretty frustrating, but now I'm pretty sure that I am doing it right.
I just have one problem that I need some help with.

So I know I need 12-15/16 trees in each acre.
But what about the acre that the Town Hall is in?
What about the one where the Gate and the Fountain is in?

The acres that I can't put 12 trees in. It's impossible because there is no more room. I know that it will be scored on how many trees and flowers there are in each acre to get the golden watering can. And having less than 12 trees might effect that.

But is there a way I can fix this? Do I add more trees to one acre to make up for the other that has less than 12 trees? Or do I just leave it as is?

I just need some help with this, if anyone could tell me what to do. It would be much appreciated.

Other people told me to just plant extra flowers in those acres.

You can just have a load of flowers. Also, not all acres need to be perfect.

no, you really do need at least 12 trees in each acre. There has to be room. I thought there wouldnt be enough room in my town hall acre, but I found some good spots.

maybe try planting trees or flowers behind the town hall
