Accidental Wifi Rating Question

I was accidentally given a neutral wifi rating today for the first time and was hoping for it to be changed. I'm pretty sure I should contact a mod about this but funny enough I've never really dealt with any mods and not sure where to even find them to PM them. I'm also on mobile mode so maybe that's why I'm having trouble haha

It's silly but true so can anyone help point me to the mods or can a mod just change this for me? You can see it was clearly accidental from our VMs. Thank you to anyone who helps and sorry for the noobness. ^^"
