Anyways... Does anyone else just love the night sky in this game? Freaking gorgeous!

I love how actual villagers are the ones sending the messages. Makes me think they were building something and thought about also sending the DIY in a bottle

Rodeo told me yesterday that the balloons come from a giant sea monster miles away.

Has anyone else noticed weeds spawning in the same exact spot in your town?
I feel like my game thinks it's being clever with the single space behind this tree close to the campsite at the very top...without fail the two weeds always are there every morning.

Aurora, my sweetest neighbor & friend, asked me some days ago to move. Heartbroken (as I have a few others that could rather move. Yes, Harry, You're on top of that list), I denied her wish and told her to stay.

Since then at least half the time we talk, she mentions that she needs to call her parents and wonder how they were doing.

I should've left her return to her real home... Take care of her parents...

Would be funny if they added a mini-quest for being struck by lightning. Although I guess they wouldn't want to be teaching kids that

Now that I've hit a bit of a creative block regarding how to design some areas of my island, I still find it a little fun and relaxing to just stroll around my island anyway and see what my villagers are up to and how far into the other side of town they've wandered today. And then get distracted by the banded dragonfly zooming around, then the peacock butterfly over there, shoot the balloon down, hey Monty how's life goin' I hope you're enjoying that gaudy groovy tunic I regret giving you but I'm just glad you like it buddy, go back to strolling

Yeah, same. I had to redo my entire island and now I'm just roaming until an idea hits me. Weirdly enough, playing Dragon Quest on the side has given me a load of ideas to work with.
