I'm sure this isn't news to anyone here but I just figured out they shut down the 3ds servers. This comes shortly after I learned they closed the eshop. I've picked up my 3ds again recently and I've only ever really been invested in acnl and I have for years. No other consoles or PC at my disposal so I was super excited to get back into it and I honestly feel a lil heartbroken. I have so, so many good memories with acnl and my town is something I can say I'm genuinely proud of. Can't believe no one will get to visit again, won't be able to go to island and meet folks anymore, no villager trading or buying stuff from you all on here that was a part of how amazing the game was, no island tours with friends </3

Thank you to everyone over the years that has contributed to making the game wonderful. Acnl will always, always hold a special place in my heart. I guess it's time for me to try to move on and get a switch
