Hey I downloaded a font at dafont and
now how do I add the font to GIMP??

Once you download them from dafont.com, you have to extract them to somewhere you can locate them (I suggest making a 'Fonts' folder on your desktop). Once extracted to the folder, go to your Start menu, Control Panel, Appearance and Themes, then Fonts. Then move the downloaded fonts into there. You should be able to use them in any program on your computer now, including Gimp.
