Hmm I would say possibly around 120 TBT bells for full body and 65 TBT bells for head shots?
 
everything seems fine and you're definitely improving, but try making the hair more 'natural' in terms of coloring. to be blunt, when the shading and everything is going directly down or in the same direction in general after every stroke, it looks like hair from a robot or a doll. as i mentioned, fair flows naturally so dont be afraid to make a few out of order strokes here and there. i put together a quick but crappy guide for it^^; sorry my drawing is really bad considering i rushed it, but i hope it gets the idea across - http://i.imgur.com/BqZWsBa.jpg

im not sure how else to explain it, but try curving the shading wherever the 'outer' shape of the hair goes
