After getting furniture from Sanrio villagers, I found out that we can buy their furniture irl.

Apparently Re-ment has done a few series of Sanrio furniture, including Hello Kitty, My Melody, and all the other characters. So far, I have found most of the AC Sanrio furniture from Re-ment on Ebay. It's just that these items are prohibitively expensive. Sold-out Sanrio rements cost upwards of a hundred or more dollars.

I never cared for Sanrio until I got the furniture in AC. This sucks. I have only bought one re-ment Hello Kitty Kyoto gifts set so far, but it can become really addictive if it becomes something I really like in the future.

not me expecting to see real-sized furniture at first . but those look adorable!!! i’m so glad that i didn’t know those existed back when i was into collecting stuff like that as knowing me, i would’ve blown thousands of dollars on them and any other sets that i could get my hands on without hesitation.

same! i just found out about rements two Christmases ago but never got any of them. I wanted any of the food ones (a lot of them were rilakuma I think ). maybe one day I’ll invest and get one of those glass boxes to store and set them on display .
