Why does it seem like nobody loves Agnes? :x

She's one of my favorite villagers, I lost her today due to a TT accident and will have to go through the 16 villager cycle to get her back. I've seen at least 4 different people trying to get rid of Agnes today alone, with *nobody* taking her. Talk about cruel fate I'd buy her for 250k in a heartbeat if I could. >:
