Am I the only one who saves all their TBT in the ABD?

No seriously, this is an actual question. Like am I the only on e who saves ALL their TBT in the ABD? Just wondering...

I have most of my TBT in my ABD, but I leave some out sometimes. I have this system, where every time I earn 10TBT, I deposit it in the ABD. Idk, it kinda helps me keep track.

No, you're not the only one. Anytime I get a large amount of TBT, I'll stash it away to stop myself from spending it. That way when something I really want appears on the market, I can easily buy it.

I would do it if it helped raise a small amount of interest or something, but without that feature it will likely just help me forget I have bells and a villager I like might get away or something.

I use the ABD to put my TBT away. Every day I put what I make in the TBT. It is a nice way to stop your self from spending all of it.

i use it, but i don't consistently deposit tbt. i deposit in bunches of 500 or 1,000 so people don't try getting more tbt out of me when i buy art or w/e

I looked at the ABD a little while ago and decided I wasn't going to put anything in there cause there is no interest! Then again, I don't have a crazy amount of it. I did spend 150 once though...

Basically, TBT goes in the ABD, and the ABD gave interest, so you would gain some TBT when you put some in the ABD. However, the interest was abused by him. You see, the larger amount of TBT put in, the larger the interest. (I believe that's how it went.) I think you know how this ended. The interest system was soon removed.

I only use the ABD when I'm waiting for a commission to be finished so that I don't spend the bells on something else. Otherwise I keep it out.

That's kind of bogus, unless I'm missing the part where the person broke the rules... Isn't that exactly how interest works and what it's for?

People started abusing the system by sending TBT to each others accounts to earn more interest
