I'm a little unsure of how amiibo cards exactly work. I posted this in the villager plaza just in case.
I'm looking for an amiibo villager for my new town and I only want a few at the moment

I'm looking for
HELLO KITTY SET:
Etoile, Marty, Chai

AMIIBO SET (old villagers):
Vivian, June, Maddie, Stella, Bea, Piper, Sylvana

atm I only have space for about 2 maximum but even 1 would be lovely. I have tbt/bells for them but just don't know how to trade them or their cards, can anyone help me?

Hi! I'm a bit confused as to whether your looking for the physical Amiibo cards for these villagers or if you're looking to adopt the villagers themselves. If you're interested in trading for the actual cards then you should create a thread here in the Post Office. You list which cards you're looking for and you list which cards you have to trade for the cards you're looking for. Your original post would look something like this:

I'm hoping to trade for a few Amiibo cards. Please post what you're offering and what you're looking for. Thank you!

Looking For:

Sanrio Set - Etoile, Marty, Chai

WA Set - Vivian, June, Maddie, Stella, Bea, Piper & Sylvana

For Trade:

(Here you list which cards you're willing to trade to the other person to get the cards you're wanting. It helps to include the card numbers as it's easier to keep track that way.)

If someone is interested in a card you're offering & has a card you're looking for they'll reply to your thread. Normally after that the trade discussion moves into PMs as you'll need to exchange mailing addresses. After you receive your card in the mail it's nice to give the person you traded with a positive WiFi rating. Most traders will give you a positive rating too.

If you're not interested in having the actual cards then the Villager Trading section is where you'd need to go. I've never adopted a villager from someone on here before so hopefully someone in that section can help you with how that works.

If you need any more help with Amiibo card trading I'd be happy to help out. Good luck!
