I'm just curious... is there only one amiibo card per villager? I am wondering if there is more than one that might offer new furniture. I seem to be going through the villagers pretty fast and the my stockpile of furniture is building up. It doesn't seem like it will take that long to get most of the stuff. But maybe I am missing an aspect of the game.

I'm a little confused about what you mean. There is usually one card per villager, a few have already announced duplicates. (Isabelle, KK Slider) but for the two Isabelle's that are currently available, they both offer the exact same furniture. After building many houses it is normal to have filled up the furniture inventory.

That's a thought Tarzangirl! I haven't actually used all that many amiibos yet because there is such a good selection of villager requests right outside the door. I am discovering that where in New Leaf I would want a villager for his personality, in HHD I am wanting to build for the villagers with interesting requests. I was so excited when one of them asked for a messy home... BINGO, I got to see all the messy furniture that was so hard to get in NL.

While there are currently just 100 cards, more will be released in the future, and both the current and new set include villagers you can already get, as well as NPC characters you can only get via the cards.

I got a couple of Muffy cards, but Muffy was one of the first to show up for me.

Interesting question! I don't know for sure but I think they all have cards. Lopez is #27, and I have that card, anyway. I don't have Goldie's card presently.
