An idea for tbt

Not sure if this has been brought up or not, but I was wondering if this will be a good idea or not there should be a choice to buy tbt through cash to get tbt cause I be willing to spend a few bucks on here to be able to donate to this place every once in a while.

So do you guys think it be a good idea to have some sort of feature to purchase tbt with cash to be able todonate to this site ?..

This site would very much so be "pay to win". It'll completely break the system already in place. Donations aren't necessary (I'm guessing) as the site bills are handled quite well.

I think it would mess things up a little too much, but I'm sure I recall Justin making a thread about the possibility of opening donations, asking whether or not members would be interested in donating. If that ever became a thing, I think a reward of around 500 TBT Bells would be rather neat. The exact reward amount could vary depending on how much you donated, but there could be a maximum of 1,000 TBT Bells or something, just to avoid abuse.

They would have to keep up with a higher demand for new collectibles if that was ever the case. People would lose interest too fast and the in game bells would be useless.

Donations in exchange for tshirts tho... I still say that would be cool. Or even special donation collectibles would be neat.

A donation system of some sort has been in the works for a while. We have a lot of different ideas on how to do it, the hard part is figuring out what's the best way. I highly doubt we would ever directly sell TBT Bells like proposed though, but there could be some sort of bonus potentially. There's plenty of things we can do that have nothing to do with TBT Bells at all!

Well maybe like a single bell or something called like "the contributor" and it would say like "donated on [date]" and then people can get coins to mix with their gems in the sidebars and be pirates
