Looking For An Uchi that isn't awful.

I am looking for an Uchi character that doesn't suck. It doesn't really matter who it is, but I think I would prefer one of the following (in no order):

Agnes
Canberra
Deirdre
Katt
Pashmina
Phoebe
Plucky
Shari
Ursala

That said, I will really take basically anyone since I am basically looking for PWPs.
