Let's face it, sometimes the games can get rather repetitive. Have it whether the villagers run out of new dialogue, or you complete everything with only your insatiable love for it all keeping you from moving on. I've been there plenty of times, and what I say can be considered pretty notorious for the series as a whole. That's stil a thing of beauty in some ways as while the game becomes mundane, your creativity doesn't. I like to call these spurs Animal Crossing Antics. An example can be shown today. As a collective effort between my friend Kat, and I we gave a villager of mine Marshal my aluminum briefcase with a letter making him out to suddenly be a figure in the Mafia.


Why can summed up simply as the title, Animal Crossing Antics.

I don't do this but I think that was really funny. You could basically portray any villager as what you want them to be by including some sort of item that goes with what your portraying them as.
