But seriously, they made the commericals look a little too fake. They should have just stuck with the good ol' fashioned ones, with the dudes in costumes (GC) and deformed heads of people replaced with deformed animal heads (WW)

Really... if I was a casual gamer, the commercial wouldn't appeal to me. Too fake and cheesy.

agree. everyone i tell about the game is like "oh...that commercial? it's so weird."

they could have done a lot more with it. make it funny! this game is FUNNY!

i thought that maybe the older commercials were once japanese, and they then added english voices... but i don't think the japanese have any concept of the real world show so that's probably not true.

i think i thought it because the commercial was genius and they went out of their way with the costumes and the room full of all that furniture. weirdly, i never saw it on TV back then, only online and nintendo promos.
