Uh no, if you stay out on a sunny day in summer for a long time you can get a tan, and there are 5 stages of tan.
At least Nintendo finally made skin tones, even though you can only get it in july and it fades away if you don't play for a while or stay inside alot or summer ends.

My tan was horrible.. I only wanted a light tan, still dark but tan you mean.. Hats don't keep out the sun. I had to time-travel to get rid of it, now I will NOT go out with out an umbrella.

And then you look African American, the guy in da pic only has level 4 tan.
