Good day to my readers, however many or few that may be now. Today was a relatively quiet day in Animalia, but a fair few things occurred today that are worth mentioning and/or ridiculing.
First things first: here's the next part of town I wanted to show. The moment one of my villagers suggested the jungle gym, I wanted to see about making a playground area in my town. And while it's still sort of a work in progress, I think it's coming along nicely. I have the jungle gym (or climbing frame, for all you British folks), the sandbox (which also doubles as a nice outhouse for all my cats, lol), and the tire toy. I'm also thinking of moving my drinking fountain down here, and possibly finding like a hopscotch QR pattern to go on the ground nearby. But until then, it's just a small play area overlooking the cliff. Come to think of it, that sounds really dangerous...someone could fall into the ocean...

Checking my mail today, I found a letter from Wishy the star, as excepted. He sent me a rococo clock for my wish last night. Hey, I wished for a million dollars! I DEMAND A REFUND!!! I visited Lolly to try to get some insight on what she might want for her birthday, and she had something she wanted to talk to Astrid about. Agreeing to help her out, I went out and quickly found Animalia's resident snooty kangaroo, and brought her back to speak with Lolly. Lolly had a shirt she wanted to return to Astrid, and to thank me for helping, she gave me a lovely love seat. How...lovely. After I left, Punchy pinged me, asking me to catch him a river fish. I agreed to help him out, and soon caught a loach I delivered back to him. As thanks, he gave me a peach. Punchy and his food...you gotta love him. Chatting with Savannah outside Re-Tail, she asked what I thought of her outfit. I told her she looked cute, and made her blush. She's such a sweetheart.
For the third day in a row, my money rock was an ore rock! No gold today, though, sadly, so my last few remaining pieces of gold furniture will have to wait. Astrid pinged me as I was heading back to Re-Tail to sell the ore, and saw the lovely love seat Lolly had given me. She wanted to trade it for her lotus tee, which I declined. Furniture sells for more, and for me, it's all about the MONEEEEEEEHHHHH. Heading back up to the plaza, I saw Apollo and Al talking, and elected to listen in. Al had a problem--or so he said. He ate pasta salad and noodle soup, but didn't eat dessert, and it was haunting him. Apollo was rightly annoyed at Al for wasting his time. Eugene was outside his house, and he pinged me, asking me if I thought he was cool or clueless. I told him I wasn't sure, and he quickly began comparing himself to coconut soda, for some reason. You know, I'm starting to formulate a rough idea of what Eugene may be up to...it involves Astrid, oranges, and digging. I'll give my take on the situation tomorrow.
Up at T&T Emporium, my search for a gift for Lolly continued. Still nothing in the upper floor, but on the first floor, I found a mugho bonsai that I bought just in case I don't find anything else for her. I haven't looked at any guides to see what kind of furniture/clothing/etc. is Lolly's favorite, so I'm literally flying blind with this.

And to finish off my day, I visited the Dream Suite, where Luna told me I'd had 82 dream visitors. My goal is to reach 200 before the end of the year! Unfortunately, I couldn't find Rosie or Walker today, which made me a little sad. Still, there's always tomorrow, and given how many events are coming up in my town (April Fools' Day, Weeding Day, Easter), I guess slow days like today should be savored. I'll see everyone tomorrow (or later today, as it's technically after midnight here) with another blog entry. Though I'm not sure what I'll show you in my town...guess I'll figure that out when I get to it.
