As I exited my house today, I was greeted by Walker. He wanted me to come visit his house right away, and I agreed. On the way, I checked my mail, finding a gift from Wishy the Star from last night's meteor shower: a three lamp. Again, not what I wished for... As I entered Walker's house, I noticed that he'd replaced the stool in front of his piano with the alpine chair I sold him a while back. I think the little stool would look better, but I'm just fine with the chair since it matches his decor so well. He asked me if I wanted to buy anything, and I attempted to buy his salmon (which was the only thing in his house that just clashes with everything). When he rather predictably wouldn't budge on that, I just hung around his house for a while before heading out, telling him his house was great. He seemed appreciative, and told me that his door was always open.

As I began my walk around town today, I saw Astrid in the lily garden, and she wanted some new furniture for her house. Since I feel her house is nearly perfect, I brushed it off, but made a note to get her something if I saw it would fit in. As I spoke to Rosie beside the town hall, she said she had something that Walker had forgot at her house, and wanted me to deliver it since she was busy. I was glad to run the forgotten item back to Walker, and found him not too long afterwards. He was glad to receive his Papa panda back, and as thanks, he gave me a plaster wall.
I continued around town, digging up fossils and picking up fallen fruit to sell later. I made my way up to Mira's house, and went in to visit her. She wanted me to catch her an ocean fish, saying she was trying to "uncover a secret" about them. I would say that sounds suspicious, but then again, she is a superhero, and they need to keep secrets to protect their identity and everything. I agreed to help her out, and headed to the beach to catch her something. I found a sea horse without too much trouble, and rushed it back to Wonder Wabbit. She was happy to receive it, and gave me a gray tank for my trouble. As I entered her house again, I saw she had put it on display on her table. I only wish she'd have replaced the mole cricket, since it makes that awful noise...

I turned the game off after this to eat lunch and run a couple of errands, but I came back early in the afternoon. Speaking to Mira again, she wanted me to get her a pear, and I went off to the nearest tree to shake her one down. She loved it, and gave me a vision tester in return. Is she trying to tell me I might need glasses? Savannah asked me how her outfit looked on her, and I told her it looked cute. She got all embarrassed, but was grateful to get the compliment. I saw that the sweet olive bush I planted yesterday had started to grow, which reminded me to check the shops for a pink azalea bush today. So I hurried up to Main Street, and sure enough, Leif was selling a pink azalea start! I snatched it up, along with some fertilizer for my hybrids, and headed back down to replant my bush.
Later on, I went in to visit Apollo, finding Punchy there visiting him as well. I never knew they were close! Apollo was seated on his sofa as Punchy was crowded around the billiard table. I considered showing Punchy how to land a double bank shot. But knowing Punchy, the only "double" he cares about is double-dipped chocolate fudge. ;P

And that was my day today. We are coming close to Day 500, so vote on my Police Station placement if you haven't already! I'll be back tomorrow with more juicy tidbits of life in my town.
