A little late, but this one should finally catch me up!
When I exited my house today, it was fairly early, and only Lolly and Savannah were awake. Lolly pinged me by the south bridge. She wanted to sell me her refrigerator for fairly cheap to make money to buy a new book. I agreed, but I wondered if it was the refrigerator from her house. I made a note to check, and hopefully if it is, I can send it back to her.
As I headed around town to dig up fossils and such, I had an idea. I went down to my beach and dug up the pitfall seed I'd been keeping there in a secluded corner (to keep them from spawning in my town; it's a pretty neat trick). I then headed up to Al's house, and did this...

I had a few more minutes until Al woke up, so I headed to the police station to see what was happening. Copper informed me that Gulliver was on the beach, so I hurried back down to find the unconscious seagull. He told me he was headed to a place with more people than any other country, famous for dynasties, inventing gunpowder, etc. I correctly guessed that he was on his way to China, and he'll be sending me something tomorrow.
By this time, it was almost 9AM, so I headed back up to Al's house...just in time to catch this!

I regret nothing!!! XD
I left the big idiot to mope around, and headed around town to talk to some villagers who were actually important. Rosie was home, and she wanted me to bury a time capsule for her. I agreed, and buried it next to her house for her. Punchy was also home, and he wanted some new furniture, but I didn't find anything in the shops later that would look that nice. Later on, I found Lolly again walking around, and I picked a flea off her. She was grateful, but asked that I not mention it to anyone. My lips are sealed, Lolly! Oh, wait...I just blogged about it. Man...I hope she doesn't read this.
Over on the west bridge, Walker tried to guess what I was going to have for dinner based on how I looked. He guessed cioppinno. That's wrong, as I have no clue what that is... Apollo wanted me to get him an orange, and I headed to the nearest tree to fetch him one. He loved it, and gave me a kiwi stool as thanks. Savannah pinged me back outside, and wanted to change her catchphrase. This is a good thing: she'd picked up "my pet" from Astrid a while back. I changed it back to her default "y'all", which suits her very well.
I turned the game off a while, and came back later tonight. Apollo gave me a modern end table, saying it "wasn't really his style". Almost everything in your house is from the modern series, Apollo! You're delirious!!! Eugene had a gift he wanted delivered to Apollo, but was too nervous to do it himself. I guess that's understandable, as Apollo can be intimidating at first glance. I agreed to deliver the gift to Apollo, and noticed that Apollo had changed into the gold-bar shirt that Astrid was wearing. It's fitting, I guess, since he'd given it to her as a gift, and to be honest, he needed a change of clothes! Anyhow, I handed over Eugene's gift to him, which turned out to be a bubble tee. He said he'd try it on later, and thanked me with a piece of candy. Halloween is in like four months, Apollo...

He's such a big teddy bear.
Astrid gave me a kiddie table by the picnic blanket a bit later, and Eugene said there was a rumor that he and Mira had bad blood between them. I'm glad there isn't...the last thing Eugene needs is a superhero after him!
And that's it for today! Join me next time for another exciting day in Animalia!
