This might be known by the masses already and I'm just the derp who didn't know, but I have an animal moving in and the only explanation is that it's via Streetpass. It's taking up the 10th spot without coming from the campsite and it's the same animal with each new character created.
This is kind of devastating since it's Violet of all animals. The only explanation is she is from a Streetpass. I have not gone to anyone's town and no one has come to mine recently but I streetpassed with a person yesterday and boom, animal today. ._. This sucks. Why does this have to exist? I was saving this spot for a certain animal...
