Animated Avatar getting lopped off...

Hi! I try to upload an animated avatar this morning but am having a problem. I already have the Avatar Animation add on. I made sure to go into my Inventory to make sure it's active & not hidden. My problem is when I upload the gift the top & right side get chopped off when it displays. It is animated so that part's working. I've tried resizing it down to 96 x 96 which I thought was the new avatar size. I've tried leaving it at it's original size which is larger than 400 pixels by 400 pixels. I've also tried cropping off all the extra transparent space around the image. I've tried dragging it around in the box. Nothing helps. The shark's nose & the edge of the right wave still get chopped off. I really want to use this so any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Try adding a border around the image maybe? so that there's more space between the edge and the actual image
i had no issues adding my animated avatar

I tried what you said and I got the same problem but then I did something and got it to work somehow so yay use this

honestly idk I just used this site https://www.online-image-editor.com/ and went to the animation/gifmaker part and saved it again and then resized it and it worked, it might just be that gif I have no idea LOL and no prob!

How iconic! I've used that site myself for creating art but the image getting chopped was something I hadn't seen before so I didn't think to try it. I wonder if I could use it t crop some of the empty space around the shark and still have it work. I'll have to try it. Thanks!
