Hello, I'm trying to make a signature that is animated but i'm finding it hard to find a program that will allow me to add images to a GIF and allow me to edit it (add text etc.). Is there any advice as I am really not sure what to do and brand new to the forums. I will be capable of doing it myself it's just finding out HOW to do it at first...
