If she doesn't it goes to the second highest bidder Eridan_Ampora with 55.5m(unconfirmed), with proof of bells, and can pick her up if Meganchu fails to do so.
If proof is not provided, solace is the third highest bidder with 42.5m, if proof is provided and she is able to pick up Ankha in the absence of both previous bidders she wins.
