Which you mentioned was in your old auction thread that you closed? (And thus, was before you made this thread)
I never said that--but you're being rude and assuming what I meant~
Also, definition of greed: "a selfish desire to have more of something (especially money)"
Even if I did say you shouldn't sell a villager for a certain price, that is completely against the definition of greed. I could, by very definition, call you greedy for saying "make an offer" and then changing it to needing it to be a much higher value or more. And just to make myself clear, I am NOT calling you greedy--nor have I done so at any point.
All my statement was is that value is really up to a person as I have seen every villager both for for very cheap and very expensive so it's hard to say "this villager has to go for this much because it has before" because not only has it gone for such an amount, it's also gone for both a much lower amount and a much higher--which means regardless of what someone has or hasn't sold it at, that doesn't mean you are guaranteed the same result.
However, next time, either:
A. Start the auction at the minimum price you want
or
B. State the exact price you want to begin with.
It isn't fair to leave people hanging due to you wanting a specific value--so always decide that ahead of time please to lessen hurt feelings.
