Any cash sites for commissions that don't need a phone number?

To make a long story short I've been doing a lot of drawing lately and I've been considering doing some commission work to make some money for myself. The problem is that I can't make a paypal account on account of not having my own cellphone. I don't know if using the home phone would work since it doesn't take texts or anything. Is there anyway to make and use a paypal without a phone number that can receive texts or is there any other options that are safe and don't require a cellphone?

If there's no other options I could always wait til I can get a cellphone but it'd be nice to make some money for myself beforehand!
