You can get unlimited flowers for free at the island mini games, just play hide & seek or something, and collect the flowers.

I have a ****ton of flowers growing all over the place. I am happy to let you come over and pick. Just don't take any hybrids (the hybrids are planted neatly in front, they are VERY obvious. Someone stole an orange rose from me last night so bummed about that, but not about to be turned off from letting people come picking
