Any good, free sites to watch anime?

I've been struggling to find Tokyo Ghoul anywhere online. Either it has no subtitles, the sound doesn't work, it lags too much, it's not the right episode, etc. Could anyone recommend good, free sites for me?
If this violates the rules in some way, feel free to close it, mods.

crunchyroll and funimation have a ton of anime but idk if tokyo ghoul is on there

If you have Netflix, Tokyo Ghoul is still on there (the UK one at least) the last time I checked.
