i heard when you travel to a town that had downloaded the downloadable content it updates your game too

i heard it somewhere else but they said if you go to a town that has their DLC downloaded, it will put it on the other persons game as well. but I may be wrong or maybe misread something

Well that's how I heard it. I heard the HDLC get's on your console whether you want it or not (which I'm not too happy about) so I made an educational guess and I interpreted it will be the same with normal DLC
