Holy guacamole haha. That’s so exciting. I don’t even know how it works tbh. On new leaf it was so different. I was trying to research how to make one myself but I seriously have no idea. Does one have to just collect/come across all of these items? I must research more! It’s all so intriguing haha.
Well if you do ever open an island I would love to be a visitor! I need more Animal Crossing buddies

You have to hold the item in your inventory for it to register in your catalog, and once owned, you can order it again (unless it's a special item like Saharah's walls and floors or a crafted or seasonal one). Not sure I have enough land mass for everything, so I'm going to pick carefully what to display...

That’s honestly so exciting haha. I can’t wait to get more into the game and see what all there is to collect.

One of the big surprises for me was the fact that each furniture item might come in multiple variants. Like the cute furniture set isn't just pink anymore! It comes in yellow and sky blue and white and red, etc.

I currently have a tech catalogue event happening on one of my beaches. I don't think I could give up my island for a full catalogue event, so doing smaller themed events, this is only my second one, but plan on doing more in the future.
