Pokémon Any Pokemon you decided not to evolve?

As the title asks, have you ever decided to not fully evolve a Pokemon? And if so, what is that Pokemon?

There are a lot of Pokemon where I actually prefer the first or middle evolutions to the final one, and especially in situations where evolving them to the final evolution is hard, I'll sometimes avoid evolving them. For example, I LOVE Electabuzz but hate Electivire, so when I get another Electabuzz in the future, I probably won't go to the trouble of evolving it.

I also once decided to give a Caterpie an Everstone, just because I think Caterpie's are cute and the fact that they are based on a real species of caterpillar makes them interesting to me, and I also have both a regular Vulpix and an Alolan Vulpix that I haven't evolved yet because I'm not a huge fan of the way Ninetales' sprites look in the 3D games.

In x and y I chose my starter before researching them at all, so I didn't end up evolving my braxien because delfox XD

I got a shiny Azurill back in Gen 5 and I keep transferring it over to my most current game but I've never evolved it and I probably never will. I think he's past level 70 at this point.

There was one game where I decided not to evolve my Charmeleon. It's one of my favorite middle evolutions, especially for a starter.

When I first played the original Silver way back in the day, I had a Snubbull that I held off on evolving for the longest time. Snubbull is one of my absolute favourite Pokemon, and I think it is so much cuter than Granbull. Eventually I caved and evolved it. I guess I felt like it wasn't reaching its full potential as a Snubbull. XD

I never evolved my rowlet or charjabug until the end of my sun and moon playthrough, as they're some of my favorite pokemon :0

my zoura in moon. i just feel zoura is cuter than zouldark. also its name is wolfey and kinda looks like one of my friends from animal jam

I hatched a shiny elgyem recently and debated for a while whether to evolve it or not. I vastly prefer shiny elgyem to shiny beheeyem but I ended up evolving it and am glad I did - that beheeyem is now a star of a trick room team

In my Pokemon Emerald, I used a cheat code to get Totodile as my starter Pokemon. I kept him as a Croconaw the entire way, up to level 100.
