For those who don’t know, Chloe Ting is a YouTuber who films workout videos and has a ton of programs on her website - all totally free! She started gaining a lot of traction when quarantine became a thing, and it seemed like everybody and their sister was doing her ‘abs in two weeks’ challenge. I thought that this thread might be a fun way to bring together anybody who does her challenges here in the tbt community. It could also be a nice way to introduce people to her because she’s awesome and deserves all the love and clicks!
I discovered her around the end of May, when she had already been dominating the internet for awhile. I just finished her ‘28 day shred challenge’ yesterday and I’m SUPER happy with the results. I did mostly low-impact and I still lost about an inch and a half off my waist. It’s unreal how much stronger I am than when I started! I’ve tried a ton of at-home workouts in the past, and I haven’t clicked with any of them quite like I have with Chloe and her routines. She has a way of making it easy for beginners to do really hard things, and it only makes me want to keep going. I’m going to start her 35 day summer shred from last year on Monday!
What about you guys? Have any of you been doing her workout programs or seen any results? Or if not, have you found a way to enjoy keeping fit at home during quarantine?
