Uh, be more specific, how to chat on TBT or in Animal Crossing?

TBT: Just do what you did, "post" a message in a thread or topic.

Animal Crossing: Go on the tab that let's you type messages over Wi-Fi. Also click on the heart tab to find your Friend code.
