To get all fruits without wifi'ing:

Send letters to all your villagers, you must include a gift: a shell, a piece of fruit, shirt, furniture, or 100 bells.
It doesn't have to be fruit.

It has to be a short letter, you can write what you like, but not everything will work (sometimes villagers say they don't understand your letter) - these will work

Please send fruit!

OR

friend friend friend

One or the other, not both.
You will get back either fruit (native, foreign, coconuts) or shirts.

The game is sensitive to the length of letter - if you write

Please send me fruit!
OR
friends friends friends

it trips the return gift to furniture.

Villagers can send you back coconuts in accf; they didn't in acww.
You may have to send several batches of letters out but you should eventually get back all the fruit available ingame.

I have oranges, pears, cherries, and apples. As for flowers, I have a few carnations, but you can either buy those if you're really lucky, or get them on Mother's or Father's Day. I only have the pink carnations for now. I only have two, but I can give you one of them if you'd like. :3
