Anyone here have access to GracieGrace?

I'm aware that the GracieGrace item season is currently the Gorgeous set. The Gorgeous set is my most coveted furniture set in the series, but I doubt I'll have access to GracieGrace for quite some time, maybe not even before the end of February. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me the net total of the Gorgeous items (so I can gather the appropriate funds; I have about 700k right now and I'm not sure that'd be enough) and let me come to their village to buy them? I can offer any of these Nintendo items by way of thanks:

You need to spend over 70,000 bells at the Nook Brother's store in order for her to appear

I've definitely spent waaaaay more than 70k at the Nooklings'... I get the feeling it might be random. I'm currently at the Home Centre, if that means anything. I really do covet the Gorgeous series, though, and would love to get my hands on it.

...and have performed 4 successful Fashion Checks from Gracie. Considering on how often the latter appears, it might take a while, maybe even longer than 30 days.

At least, I got two successful Fashion Checks (obtained a gorgeous stool and sofa from her). By the time I get my store expanded once again, I would have access to whatever the next 3 months has to offer. I went to someone's town (who isn't from TBT), and some Gorgeous items (and whatnot) are already sold out. Good luck on finding them until the next November (or locate a time traveller willing to get them for you)!

Don't you worry your head about money. Here's some nice info for you:

Every few months Grace changes his offerings in the store. These range from the Princess set, gorgeous , trump set, etc. As well as a tons of designer clothing. He sells them at an exorbitant price and they are unable to be ordered from the catalog.

During the last month of the season there is a sale at GracieGrace.


From the 15th-20th, all items are 20% off.
From the 21st-25th, all items are 30% off.
From the 26th to the End of the month, all items are 50% off.


Now get to saving!

it's 70k at the Home center. It doesn't take into account the previous store iterations.

During the sale days that I posted above, Grace will sell some special sale items. Items that are excluded from his seasonal item lists.

This includes not only the Wedding Cake, but the Trump set as well.

Ok, so you said she (he in the Japanese version w.e) sells those items during the 'sale' (when the others are sold out)
the trump series and wedding cake aren't discounted are they?

Special items are not discounted. They have a set price.

The wedding cake is 60k.

Oh... when you buy the stuff, it actually becomes sold out? I thought it would be like in CF, where it still stays in stock after you buy one. That changes things.

Found your problem there Grace asks for a specific style. Match that and you pass.

If you need to know the style of clothing, there a ton of wikis out there. Also, the sisters Mable and Kate (Labelle) tell you what style something is when you buy it.

Use Liquefy's item FAQ on GameFAQs. It's seriously a lifesaver. That is, assuming you can read kana ^_^

I wound up time traveling for the Department Store since I'm very naughty. Worth it too, because the Dept. Store is awesome, and I don't really like any of the other Mametsubu buildings. Aesthetically, at least. Liquefy's FAQ was really a huge help.
