Anyone know how to get Blathers’ photo and other characters’ photos?

I just updated the ACNH.Guide app and it seems you can acquire not only Blathers and Celeste’s photos but the photos of characters not even in the game like Pelly, Chip, Natt, Gracie etc. But how? Does anyone know?
