Anyone know of a Speed build of this.

Hi.
A few days ago i restart my island and i just want to make some things in the new one that i wasn't able to do in the old one.

One of them is like the picture here:

The picture is not mine and the thing is... I suck at terraforming, so i was wondering if anyone knows of a Speed build of an area like this or can guide me on how to do it.
