Anyone love baking? (Or eating baked goods?)

ive been an avid baker for a couple years now. ive found nice recipes and even tweaked them to make my own thing! my most recent things were double chocolate chip cookies, but i actually just got finished making meringue and putting it on the pie and into the oven. its my first time making lemon meringue pie and im really excited to see how it turns out! ill have to be patient to taste it fully though, since its for easter tomorrow.

I love baking and cooking. It's one of my favourite things to do.

When I crave cake or cookies, I always make them from scratch. My husband's coworkers also love it. I have like one piece and then make him bring it to work so I don't eat it.

My favourite is a banana cake with cream cheese frosting

i'm more of an eater of baked goods than a baker of them heh. i did try to make a rum-soaked fruitcake one Christmas but it turned out a rum-soaked pile of fruit crumbles...

key lime sounds like a good pie to try next! also yes i did use graham cracker crust- i feel like it pairs well with the citrus of the lemon! (also partially because i have yet to master pie crust. getting there, but not quite yet.)

also sorry to hear that! but dont give up! it took me three tries to get the lemon meringue pie right, but by the time i got it right it was delicious and everyone loved it! if you keep going im sure youll get there ^^
