Are there any consequences to visiting an island set on a different date as yours?

Hey there. So, my son and I both play ACNH, and he time travels whereas I don't. But we visit each other's islands every day.

I visited his yesterday, and it was an event that's on a future date in April, but I received a Nook Miles stamp for participating. Now when I check my achievements, I see that one that's dated in the future, from when I visited him.

Does anyone know if there are any negative effects to visiting an island that's set in the future? Will it mess anything up for either of us?

The only thing would be achievement dates. I tt forward a lot to move out villagers or find turnip prices for people and noting bad has happened to anyone who has come over
