Pokémon Are you required to catch Blood Moon Ursaluna to get Gouging Fire, Raging Bolt, Iron Boulder, and Iron Crown?

So I have 200 Pokémon in my Blueberry Pokédex, but I didn’t even do the Kitikami Pokedex quest. But Perrin isn’t showing up in the terrarium. Is this a glitch, or am I required to complete the Blood Moon Ursaluna quest to get this one?

I did the Bloodmoon Beast sidequest and got 150 Pokémon on the Kitikami Pokédex. Before I did that, Perrin didn’t show up in terrarium. Now she did. So, as I found out for myself, the answer to my question is yes.
