if you do decide to add her star shades either put them on her head or make her eyes somehow visible my town/character i am trying to make more fairy-tale like so emphasize the star boppers. she normally holds a pink glow wand as well (optional in picture.) id also loooooovee if someone could draw my mayor holding a smaller version of tangy in her arms almost like a teddy bear (but in tangy form!) hahaha. maybe make her blushing. i dont know just be creative!! 
(forgot to mention theres a bow on the back of her dress, make it pink and maybe try to emphasize that from the back. i dont know, never had art done for me before!)
