Buying art of my mayor!

hey! i've been wanting to have my mayor drawn for quite awhile now, and i figured i should finally post about it.

eye color: blue
hair color: pink
complexion: tan
headgear: hibiscus hairpin
outfit: a custom design ( not made by me! )
background?: transparent if possible

she's based off of this pokemon;

and it's not necessary, but i think it would be super duper cool if those butterfly antennae-like hair strands on Tapu Lele were incorporated into my mayor's hair somehow.

i can offer TBT or IGB!! the art chosen will be used as my bell tree's profile picture, and i'll give credit in my sig.

Okay!! I'm glad you only want bust, I use Pokemon Art Academy so it's quite difficult to do full body >-<
