she's the mayor! she's basically me so lazy and looks unamused most of the time, she wears a clown nose and halo and has bangs. if you could give her a dazed expression or one similiar to the drawn reference, that would be awesome! HERE is her drawn reference, and HERE is an older b&w drawing of her for bottom half reference. i'm sorry i don't have in-game references of her, but if you need any other info lmk!

the town gardener! he's confused most of the time so if you give him an out-of-it expression that would be cute. he loves flowers and does all of the pathing/flower/tree planting in the town. HERE is his drawn reference, minus the bottom half. HERE is a tumblr post of his in-game reference! his hair is wrong in the in-game reference so please use the drawn reference for his hair!!!
