Because Piplup is so adorable! Plus, I really liked Dawn when I watched the Pokemon episodes, so I decided to like her first Pokemon that she got and loved...Piplup.

I don't play a lot of Pokemon games anymore, but when I played White Version 2 my Pokemon that I always carry with me were: Serperior, Azumarill, Latias, Liepard, Unfezant, and Boldore. I think EV is better.
